Daily blogging?!

So as you probably read from the title I'm going to start a daily blog. This is because I feel it would be good to read back on certain days and to make this into quite a hobby. It will be nice if other people read too!

This is just a quick introductory blogpost to start this off! :)

It's a nice day for a... WHITE WEDDING!

Recently, it was my pleasure to be able to be a bridesmaid for my Mum and Dad's wedding! Yes, it was a little bit strange but nethertheless one of the most loveliest days. The weather was forecast for heavy rain all day long but suprising-and-wonderfully, it was extremely warm and sunny! Such a joyous day with everyone smiling and celebrating! 

The night-time party was amazing and crazy, but I guess that's just my family! Involving a huge dance off to Olly Murs' dance with me tonight, and lots of bad but funny singing on the kareoke. ♥

Red Lips and Thick Eyeliner

Ever since I discovered my love for eyeliner I have worn it thick, very thick, to the point where my mum calls me Amy Whinehouse. I think it looks better on my face shape and if I try and battle with it being thick I always lose, so it will have to stay like that. :-)

My favourite eyeliner to create this look is Bourjois Liner Pinceau 16hour Liquid Eyeliner I like this because the brush is soft and it is gentle on your eyes. The formula is quite a runny one, and a lot of people won't like this but.. I do. This means that you are able to do your eyeliner in one swipe and most of the time I'm rushing around getting ready for college and I just don't have the time, and really can't be bothered faffing around with eyeliner. It also lasts a long time, I'm not sure how long I had mine but it was quite a while and I used it everyday and it didn't dry out at all. (Photo of all products mentioned afterwards)

I used to always wear nude or pale pink colours on my lips until recently, when my mum told me to try some of her dark red lipstick on. This was a huge turning point for me because - being ginger - I think it suited me and ever since that day, I have worn what some would call *dramatic* lipstick. Two lipsticks which I would recommend so so much are:

1. Rimmel - Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick
They are priced at £5.49 each and you can purchase them in boots. Although the range is limited as it only has 8 shades, the formula for this is absolutely amazing! It's really pigmented and isn't drying and it lasts a fair amount of time. It is actually perfect for me. Love love love it!
My favourite shade was - when I wasn't so confident about a BRIGHT red lip - No.8 this colour is like a browny red and it's a very good lipstick for an every day look in my opinion.

2. MUA Lipstick - Shade 13
This lipstick, which is priced £1 (I know - WOW) is lovely! It is very pigmented and a really good type of red, if that makes any sense. Because you can get some bright red lipsticks which are a bit .. excuse my vocabulary.. yack. :-)

This photo isn't really picking up on how bright they are. The one on the left is the MUA one which is so much more brighter, the right is the Kate Moss one which is a lot more red really.

I have no idea why the Kate Moss lipstick looks so different on that photo. Nevermind :-)

At this time I have two followers on this blog, and I feel like I'm talking to myself and it feels very strange. But if you are reading this, thank you for your time!  Would you recommend any red lipsticks? x x x

All is quiet, on New Years Day

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I'm writing this at 00:33 on new years day!
Thought I'd a share a few of my new years resolutions.. for the sake of it. :)

 1. To try be happy no matter what.
I think I'm quite a happy person already, but I just wish to continue to be happy throughout the year and throughout all the craziness and stress that I'm sure the year will bring.

2. To completely focus on college work.
In 2011 I didn't feel like I was putting enough effort in at all, and it was upsetting me so I just am going to make sure I do the best I can from now on.

3. To argue with my family less.
Arguing with my mum and dad puts me on a real downer, as I'm sure it would do anyone and I am going to try my best not to start arguments, or carry them on :)

4. To be more organised
I really hope I can be organised, I have days which I am, but most of the time I really aren't. I hope it changes though because I feel so much better on the rare occasion when I am organised. xD

5. To show people what they mean to me
It's always good to show people how much you appreciate them.

I'm sure I will come up with many more but I'm getting tired now so I'm going to go to bed and read Michael Buble's biography! bye :) xx

Love oh love..

Hello everyone.

I have recently been in a very positive 'love live" kind of mood and have been thinking about things which I love. I like writing about them, it just makes me feel even happier :) so now, whilst listening to one of these things which I love, Olly Murs' album In Case You Didn't Know.. I will tell you about some things which I love and why :)

1. Messy hair. I just love it. For example.. Frankie Cocozza!

When I layed eyes on him, I fell in love. His hair.. it's so un-perfect it's perfect. mmmft!

2. Zippy Hoodies.

Ever since I started college this September, I have pretty much lived in hoodies. They're just so comfy :)

3. Olly Murs

What's not to love?! Seriously, I do love everything about him. He's been a big inspiration to me. He's very confident in a good way, and he's such a positive, loving person. Of course he is also very successful and I'm a proud member of the 'Murs Army' ;)

4. Maths.

It's unexplainable. If you don't like maths you won't understand why people do. I suppose it's just the feeling of being able to solve something. As my maths teacher once said "If you hate maths, it's the worst thing in the world. But if you like it then it could be one of the best" True words, sir.

5. Christmas.

Why wouldn't you love christmas? It's such a great time of the year and I'm always very very very happy. Spending time with your family is always nice, and the gifts which you can give people, and also recieve just makes everybody have a good time. 14 days!!! [11.12.2011]

6. Drawing

I love having times when you can just express your feelings in a picture. I often do :)

7. My Bestfriend

..and his name is Josh Williams. We've had our ups and downs, but I've never had a friendship with anyone as well as I've had with him. Very lucky to have him in my life :)

8. My Dog

Who unfortunately, is no longer with us :( He had to be put down on 1st April 2010 because he had an uncureable illness. I was devestated but he was suffering so I knew the best thing to do was let him go.

This is me. It's a pretty old picture, but I have literally just cleared out loads of rubbish from my computer, and it was one of the only ones I still had saved. I still look pretty much the same anyway, so there you go.

2. What was your dream growing up? My dream for ages was to become a vet, I've always loved animals, although now I would like to become a Cinematographer.
